Compliance & Responsibility
We inspect the factories we work with, hold them to conditions we can verify, and ship with the certificates each market requires.
We visit every factory in person before we work with it. Our teams are based in China, close to the production sites, so inspections stay regular and unannounced.
We turn down suppliers who fall short on working conditions, safety, or compliance, and those who refuse inspection.
We require the certifications each product needs: OEKO-TEX® for textile materials, and the certificates specific to each category.
We provide the conformity certificates required for export and handle customs classification for every shipment.
